2025 Summer NFL Flag Football

Our Friday Night Lights Summer NFL Flag season begins on June 20th and runs through July 25th with 4th of July weekend off.

Play is available for all athletes ages 4 1/2-15. Players age 4 or 16 may still be eligible to participate. Please email the league for further information at [email protected].

All Teams are Coed.

All games are on Friday nights at Thunderbird Paseo Park.

Practices will be at coach's chosen location. Teams typically practice one to two times a week for an hour and a half. Practice days and times are arranged by each individual team once teams are formed.

NFL jersey and NFL flags are included with every registration unless other arrangements were made in advance. Mouth pieces are required to play, and cleats are highly recommended but not required. No metal cleats of any kind will be allowed.
